The Mark XI page and a page has been added for my PVC Launch Pad. Some pictures have also been added to the media gallery. At the MAY WVSOAR launch, the Semroc Laser X SLS drifted away and was lost in the tall grass of the cow pasture. I have also categorized the links page in alphabetical order so it is easier to find something if one is looking.

The WVSOAR launch on April 29, 2006 at the Bob Evans Farm in Rio Grande, OH was a huge success.  I flew the Mark VII, Blue and Gold Arrow on an Aerotech K550 and my Super Exterminator 2.0 on an Aerotech J350W-M for its retirement flight.  I have updated the photo galleries with pictures from the day and have added construction photos to the Mark X project documentation page.

I updated the rockets page and added pages for the Blue and Gold Arrow (Mark VII),  5.5" Nike Smoke (Mark XI), and HPR level 3 certification (Mark X) project.

No luck at the WVSOAR launch today. As soon as I started preparing my Mark VIII "Liberator," it began to rain. After about 30 minutes and no sign that it was going to get any better (even darker clouds from where the wind was blowing) I packed up and left. I did get to meet and talk with some of my rocket flying friends though. Also spent some time with my father, who tagged along for the trip, so all was not lost.

I have decided to make a level 3 attempt! I have joined the TRA and have chosen my TAP members, Christine Rial and Edward Miller. Both live in PA and it would not be too difficult to meet with them if neccessary.
